About the Founder — Stephanie Delsoin
I'm Stephanie, founder and president of Gold-Dess Beauty.
Gold-Dess Beauty didn't begin with a product.
It began with my story.
I was born in Haiti, a place where beauty has always meant much more to me than appearance. I grew up surrounded by strong women, rich traditions, vibrant colors, natural beauty, and a culture that taught me resilience long before I understood the meaning of the word.
At 20, I left Haiti and began a new chapter of my life in Quebec, Canada. Starting over in a new country shaped me in ways I could never have imagined. I built my life here, worked in healthcare, and spent years caring for others.
But somewhere along that journey, I realized how easy it can be to give so much of ourselves that we forget to create space for ourselves.
Gold-Dess Beauty grew from that realization.
The name Gold-Dess is intentional. “Gold” represents something precious, radiant and valuable. “Goddess” represents the strength, beauty and divine energy I believe already exists within us.
To me, being a Goddess isn't about perfection. It's about recognizing your worth, embracing who you are, and making space to care for yourself.
That belief became part of the heart behind Gold-Dess Beauty.
My Haitian roots are part of the soul of the brand, while Quebec is where the dream became something real. Gold-Dess Beauty carries both parts of my story: where I come from and who I became.
That's also why I see skincare differently.
A cleanser, serum or cream may seem like a small thing, but those few minutes in front of the mirror can become a ritual — a moment when everything else stops and you choose to care for yourself.
Gold-Dess Beauty was created to make those moments feel special.
Today, our collection includes face and body care created for radiant, hydrated and even-looking skin. And while the story behind Gold-Dess Beauty began with my own journey as a woman, our skincare is made for everyone — women and men alike.
