For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetic products.

✔️ Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• a photo or video of the damaged item
• a photo of the original packaging

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
