At Gold-Dess Beauty, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. For hygiene and health protection reasons, all skincare, beauty, and body care products, including oils, creams, serums, cleansers, soaps and perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, whether opened or unopened.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products.
✓ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the damaged item
- A photo of the original packaging
Once your request has been reviewed, we will replace the item at no additional cost if it qualifies.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
